Thank you, this gives me some things to think about. Living in the country, gratitude comes to me as easily as looking out the window, but I need to work on organizing my time. A lot of it seems to mysteriously sneak away from me somehow.

Seems like intentional gratitude and a consistent journal end up being the same two anchors for more of life than we think.
